Tim Williams is Vice President of Construction at Knightvest. In this role, he oversees the interior Construction Management team who are charged with producing a high quality unit renovation while controlling cost and efficient completion times. The team is also focused on on-site maintenance training, leadership, and support.  Prior to joining Knightvest in 2019, Tim amassed 20 years of experience in Construction and Project Management in both multi-family and single-family renovations, as well as new construction.
