Manny is the Vice President of Construction at Knightvest. in this capacity, he oversees the interior Construction Management team who is in charge of producing a high-quality unit renovation while controlling cost and efficient completion times. The team is also focused on on-site maintenance training, leadership, and support.  

He began his career with Knightvest as a Service Manager in 2012, was promoted to Vice President of Construction in 2021. Manny has over 15 years of experience in maintenance and multi-family housing. He has been essential in implementing and executing preventative maintenance procedures, along with the overall training and support of maintenance teams.
