Chad Tomerlin

About

Chad is the Controller at Knightvest. In this capacity, he oversees financial statement reporting, Federal and State tax reporting, Treasury Management services, and other supporting areas for Knightvest owned assets. Prior to joining Knightvest in 2024, Chad served as a Controller and Vice President for several real estate organizations, including RCM Living and JPI.

Chad holds a BBA in Accounting & Finance from Hardin-Simmons University and is a CPA licensed by the State of Texas.
