POSITION OVERVIEW:
The Regional Trainer executes the implementation of learning and team member development strategies, initiatives, and programs that promote high team member performance, support the development and retention of key talent, and enable achievement of the Company’s business goals. Knightvest is looking for a Regional Trainer based in Arizona. 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Monitor existing policy compliance and assist with the roll-out and compliance of new policy
• Assist new onboard training of new Leasing Consultants in conjunction with the KV Leasing Consultant Job Description and maintain training checklists (Overnight travel may be required.)
• Evaluate sales performance results to assist in uncovering needs and propose training solutions to increase results
• Work with training department to create management training programs and host training events to identify, motivate, mentor and instill the company’s goals to its associates
• Respond to or facilitate answers for inquires submitted into the Training helpdesk
• Assist Community Managers and/or Regional Managers with escalated resident complaints
• As needed, fill in for staff absences within the different on-site positions
• Leasing Development Coordinator will spend time as follows: 55% Development, 25% Lease up, 20% Fill in on-site positions

Requirements

TRAVEL/PERSONAL TRANSPORTATION/QUALIFICATIONS
• MUST have Property Management experience or will not be considered
• Must have a minimum of one year of training experience
• Frequent need (50%-75% of the time) to utilize personal transportation to inspect surrounding neighborhood, visit the corporate office, conduct outreach marketing and property related errands
• Must have valid driver’s license and auto insurance along with access to street legal, reliable transportation
• Must be able to properly operate golf cart
• This position will require occasional travel (Overnight) outside of their region

WORK ENVIRONMENT
• 40 hours per week or whatever the community requirements demand. Required to work a flexible work week which often includes weekends and holidays. Overtime must be approved by the Director of Training & Development or VP of Operations
