We are currently seeking an experience Regional Leasing Specialist for our Arizona region. We believe experience goes beyond a job title. Responsibilities:
Travel to any Knightvest property within the Region to assist in obtaining leases and ensure all leasing processes and procedures are being adhered to.
Train and mentor on-site leasing staff, providing guidance on best practices, customer service, and compliance with leasing policies.
Collaborate with on-site teams to implement and contribute to marketing and outreach strategies to attract new residents, including social media, online listings, and community events. Assist in developing and executing leasing strategies to generate traffic, increase closing ratios, obtain above market occupancies, etc.
Coordinate with maintenance and onsite teams to ensure units are rent-ready and meet Knightvest standards prior to move-in.
Education and Experience:
High School Diploma/GED required
Minimum 2 years of leasing experience
A “can do” attitude
Strong organizational skills
Strong interpersonal and business communication skills
Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing
Proficiency in MS Office; One-Site experience preferred
Must complete knowledge of Fair Housing Compliance laws or attend Fair Housing training within the first 90 days of employment.
Must be available on weekends
